NEW BBS Supervision regulations go into effect January 1, 2022. New supervisors of AMFTs and trainees, ASWs and APCCs are now required to complete 15 hours of supervision training. The 15 hours can be taken as multiple courses as long as they add up to a minimum of 15 hours.

If you purchase a course and feel the course content was misrepresented we will also issue you a full refund.
Grievance Procedure
When a participant files a grievance, and expects action on the complaint, the following actions will be taken. Ricki Boden, as the individual CE provider, will address any grievances. If a resolution cannot be agreed upon Ricki Boden and the participant will meet with a mediator to resolve and remediate the complaint. At that point the participants will be asked to put their concerns in writing.
- Refunds will be granted in accordance with the stated Refund Policy. If a mutually agreed upon solution cannot be found, the participant will be granted a full refund.
- Any complaints about course content will be taken very seriously. Feedback is elicited through course evaluations. - Participants can print their CE certificates from their own computer after passing the Post-test. Contact Ricki Boden if there is any problem and she will ensure you promptly receive the certificate.
